Collect 1 July – 26 August: Various initiatives to source and listen to the voices of our customers, stakeholders, employees and workforce (coaches, umpires, officials and volunteer administrators).

Validate 31 July – 4 September: Data synthesis and handover of insights to the Panel.

Assess 21 August – 11 September: Panel holds independent interviews and undertakes assessment of the insights collated through the previous phases to form recommendations.
